- Unboxing Video Requirement: To expedite the refund or exchange process for damaged or incorrect items, we kindly ask for an unboxing video that clearly shows the product in its original packaging.

- Damaged Items Upon Delivery: If the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, kindly refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for assistance.
- Non-Delivery Claims: If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please report this within 12 hours of the delivery status being updated. After this period, we will be unable to process a refund. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 3-4 business days.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-6 business days for processing. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be processed to your bank account. Please provide your bank details to ensure the refund is credited within the same time frame. For online payments, the refund will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction.
